A Forest on Rails – Anti-Smog Tram to Hit the Tracks17.10.2018
The “I Can #StopSmog” campaign has just launched across the Silesian Voivodship. The anti-smog tram developed specifically for the campaign has become its hallmark. Inside, the passengers will find beautiful, lush greenery, calming sounds of the forest, and exhaustive information about the dangers of urban air pollution.
The unique tram was rolled out on October 15 and will service a number of Silesian cities, including Katowice, Chorzów, Świętochłowice, Bytom, Ruda Śląska, Zabrze, Gliwice, Sosnowiec, and Będzin.
The people of Silesia have a right to live under a clear blue sky and to breathe clean, fresh air. We’re the second voivodship in Poland to adopt special clean air legislation to combat air pollution.
